With nearly two decades of experience in investment banking and asset management in Hong Kong, Mr. Zhang has deep expertise in underwriting Hong Kong listings of Chinese enterprises, secondary market investments in Hong Kong and U.S. stocks, and private equity investment management. He has extensive experience in overseas investments and investment banking operations.

Ms. Cao Ziyan

With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry across the Asia-Pacific region, M. Cao has served as Vice President of Central Wealth Asset Management, Vice President of Central Wealth Securities, and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Haichu Asset Management. Ms. Cao specializes in investment and sales of Chinese bonds, offering unique insights into domestic and international bond markets, particularly in fixed income investments, alongside extensive expertise in cross-border financial products. She has managed funds totaling nearly RMB 10 billion and led teams in underwriting and issuing approximately USD 50 billion worth of Chinese offshore bonds.

Mr. Wu Wuze

Chief Strategy Officer, Doctor of Economics

Mr. Wu has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the securities industry. Joining E Fund Management Co., Ltd. in February 2001, he was responsible for quantitative analysis, fund research, and system development. In September 2003, he moved to China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd., where he served as Director of the Risk Management Department, Chief Compliance Officer, Assistant General Manager, and Director of the Quantitative Investment Department. Mr. Wu holds the CFA charterholder designation, FRM certification, and PRC Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate, with memberships in the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He is also certified as a National Programmer of China.

Mr. Finley Cai

Responsible Officer, Master of Finance

With over 7 years of research and investment experience, Mr. Cai currently specializes in macroeconomic analysis and industry comparisons at Sunriver International Asset Management, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and modeling. Mr. Cai previously worked at prominent domestic and international securities research institutions, where he developed extensive experience in equity research and covered dozens of key listed companies across global markets. He obtained the CFA charterholder designation in 2022 and the FRM certification in 2021.

Ms. Sharon Gan

Responsible Officer, Master of Arts in English Literature

Ms. Gan participated in the establishment of Sunriver International Asset Management Co., Ltd. and oversaw the creation of two umbrella fund structures: SunRiver Fund SPC and SunRiver OFC. The two Cayman Islands-based funds under her management – SunRiver Fund SPC - Qiantang River SP I and SunRiver Fund SPC - Pu River SP I – have received multiple awards and honors for their outstanding performance. Ms. Gan obtained the PRC Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate in 2007 and earned her master's degree in 2004.
